Erin P. says: I ordered a coffee table and two end tables from them March 18th 2022. The arrived March 25th damaged. I immediately called them and did everything they asked. They said they would send me a new one, it never came. I then realized it was the completely wrong set. I disputed it with my credit card and Midwest Furniture Liquidators is unwilling to work my credit card company to refund me my money. It is now July 13, 2022 and I have a set of damaged tables that I did not order but paid $1,300.71 for. This place is a scam. I have pictures to prove what I was suppose to get and what I got.

Jai M. says: DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM! They’re running a horrible business. The sofas were damaged, probably clearance stuff. They won’t replace them. They want to “repair them”. They won’t give us a full refund. They want to deduct 1000 bucks and more for open box (which they came and opened on their own). Do not buy from them. Save your money. The quality was so shitty as well. Threads coming out of everywhere, fabric is torn. We complained the next day. It’s been a month now and nothing. I would give them 0 stars if I could!
