Alma V. says: It has taken 3 years to complete the reconstruction of my home, personnel actions have been unprofessional, lack of transparency, lying about items installed by installing substandard materials and poor quality workmanship. Filed a complaint with not only the BBB but with the Illinois Insurance Commissioner as per an email sent to above mentioned company , pointing out that a review indicating that the contract does NOT appear to be valid. Furthermore the Illinois Insurance Analyst-Consumer Services agent indicated the fallowing above mentioned company did NOT properly act on my behalf (as a consumer) the fallowing are codes indicating by the Illinois Insurance Analyst-Consumer Services agent as Violating the fallowing CODE (215 ILCS 5//1575 (a)(9) CODE (215ILCS 5/1590 (a) Section 3118.90(a) of the Illinois Administrative CODE (3118.90(a) ) CODE (3118.90 (b) Subsection 5/1515(c)(2) as of today my complaint still unresolved and still waiting for a certificate of completion as per their brochures guaranteeing 100% satisfaction.
