Colleen S. says: I have not forgotten how you mistreated me as a customer by offering to replace the inferior flooring product, then reneging, claiming that I should pay for the replacement. The floor you provided me was a debacle for five years. I finally gave up trying to get satisfaction from you and installed a competitor's product. What a waste of money for me and what a waste of five years having to live with your sticky, oozy inferior glued flooring while I hoped to get some recompense from your company.

Colleen S. says: Mateflex cheated me out of a serviceable floor for five years by promising to make good on an inferior product and then stating that I would have to pay for its replacement. I finally gave up and bought a competitor's product.
