The company I work for has used M5 Productions may times for all different types of events. ABC San Diego Chapter holds corporate events, galas, graduations, golf events, craft competitions, you name it. Every experience we've had with Mike Hinchman has been excellent. He is a great guy, honest, and goes above and beyond to ensure it's a job well done. He makes helpful suggestions when he thinks we need more, and tells us when we can use less. He is a great professional in the A/V and photography business, we've NEVER had an issue.
I and the company I work for would and do, highly recommend his company.

Claimant says:Sadly, we made the mistake of hiring M5 Productions and Mike Hinchman, the owner, at a cost of over $10,000 to provide audio visual services for a hotel conference. We had several complaints from conference attendees and staff about:
- sound problems,
- lighting problems,

- bad projectors,
