Carlton D. says: their used car "warranty" is FRAUDULENT.my car transmission when't out 7-1/2 months after purchase and this does fall under the "used car "Lemon Law"Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.....They tried to "husle me out" of $500,my Contract Agreement or Service Agreement,state that my deductible is $100=unfair practices .they still have my vehicle since 5/13/17,today's date=6/19/17 =a month now,.I wonder how many other Customer's have they "Scam ed".
