Nick N. says: Over promises and completely under delivers. Not reliable: delays services when down payment is paid and will no longer respond once receives your final payment. Demands final payment BEFORE inspection is passed and will not return to fix problems. Cheap product and sloppy work to finish so he can ask for his money for "completing" the work.
