Claimant says:On July 15, 2015 I paid John Powers to replace my 21 year old AC/Heating unit with a new energy efficient unit. His employees installed a unit but the A/C blew HOT air. John Powers had left for a vacation in Hawaii. He seldom answered his cell phone and mostly calls were referred to the voice mail box is full. He is excellent at avoiding calls....
