Marcus J. says: No I would NEVER and i do mean NEVER would recommend this company to not even an enemy as long as Quay Hurt Fuller hands are involved. She moved me into a unit at Harvest Point last year in September and i noticed repairs needed attention, she gets mad as hell when you call her about repairs needed done , but yet she wants the rent money on time, it only took from September til November for her to get her handyman Jeff Hill to come look at my repairs, yes i sent her text messages letting her know that i dont live in the manor nor the projects and my repairs needed done. In January when i advised the witch that i had a water leak she sent her plumber there then tells me that owner Takitta Watkins Brown wasnt gonna renew my lease, which is fine with me because the same God opened that unit will open another one, or even one better, After standing my grounds with her she wants to scream harassment , telling the truth and harassment is two different things, A LOT Of yall with this company needs to talk to owner Kurtina Cordy and she will tell yall how quay operates thats why quay not handling her unit now.
