Nina G. says: I for over a year now have complained about them taking money from my bank account illegally and they refuse to give it back.I have filed disputes with my bank, my bank has called them on 3 way calls with me, I have more then 40 complint case numbers, I have emailed them, called them and talked to them. I also have been told they sent my refund to me , they told the attorney general in California that they paid it back when in fact I still had a complaint on them with the BBB. they refuse to issue me my money back. I have sent them all types of documents to prove it never came to my bank, My bank has shown them a copy of my account transactions with google that proved there claims of sending my refunds were false. I also have a email that shows google sent that payment to the wrong bank and person. They sent it to bank of america in which my bank is not with them and to a Tippy Laird and my Name is not that name. I have called them to only find that they transfer me all over the place, do not check to see where this so called payment was sent, I have asked for proof of where they sent that transaction so my bank could search for this payment, I have sent them a copy of my bank statements, Sent them a copy of transactions that google did a reversal and still they claim they sent the payment. They requested a letter from my bank to state I never got any money but as my bank told them they cant state that in a letter unless there is a court requesting that. They also told Google on the phone that nothing ever came. My bank has done 3 way calls with me for over a year and sent a letter stating they did a reversal on the account. I have tried everything I can to get my money back but they are stalling on giving it back to me. I am tired of fighting this and would like help with this issue. They stole 1,499.85 from me and refuse to pay it back. If there is a way to get it back I would love to learn how.
