Suba D. says: This company is run like a bank in the 1800's. No human communication after banking hours. If you're out of town and they decide to lock your card for whatever reason, you are screwed until you talk to someone on Monday morning! I got lock out of my account on a Friday after business hours at least a half dozen times over the years and each time had to wait until the next business day to talk with some one. Just crappy service. No problem resolution on weekends. I'm running back to a commercial bank with after business hour services. This company is the worse!

Suba D. says: Worse banking experience of my life. You people continue to lock my account without even contacting me! I am sick and tired of being inconvenience by an obsolete (you don't have one branch open on the weekends!), and inefficient bank.

I've had this account since 1986 and it has been my principal account for everything from direct deposits from my VA disability, paycheck, and transfers between myself and other family members.

You guys locked me out of my account on my honeymoon in Las Vegas in 1998!

So my wife and I got our income taxes today, and guess what? You guys shut me down again without so much as a courtesy call!

You forever preach the benefits of credit union banking but I keep getting the worse end of the stick. I can tell when somebody doesn't want my business any more.

I need someone to contact me by phone or email asap! All my money, my paycheck, my insurance, and my bonus from my job will go in on Monday. AND YOU FROZE MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONTACTING ME. IF THERE WAS A LAW AGAINST IT, I WOULD THROW THE BOOK AT YOU. BUT INSTEAD IM TAKING ALL MY EGGS OUT OF ONE BASKET AND USING THE BANK MY MOTHER IN LAW USES AS MY PRIMARY ACCOUNT. IF I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE OVER THE WEEKEND TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM, WHAT GOOD ARE YOU TO ME AND OTHER MEMBERS WHO EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. WORSE BANK IN THE WORLD...
