Rhonda S. says: At no time was there ever a mention of more cost than the initial $5.95 for each of the samples, yet I received a COLLECTION Company's bill for a total of $188.48! I do not owe this and do not intend to pay for the bogus bill.

Roseann A. says: Encante still WILL NOT settle dispute over their misrepresentation of "FREE Trial Offer". I suggested to the first young man there, that they correct their offer, so the terms are there before you go through with the offer because they were going to receive A LOT of complaints. I noticed a few days later that they did add something. I tried speaking to another representative on same day as the young man who gave me 50% back, and she was VERY rude and cut the call short. They refuse to accept the product back for a refund either.

No credit given on first shipment which was to be a 14 day free trial and partial credit given on second shipment that was returned. No response from company and no additional credit given as of statement received on 1/23/2015.
