Arlita R. says: Cancelled membership within 24 hours, but they refused to refund my money. During my membership time I was not matched to anyone, and at the end of my membership time, even though I had cancelled, they kept trying to pull money from my account. Luckily I had closed that account.

I called and was informed that I did not cancel. I tried to cancel and could not. I am looking for a refund of $79.60!
