Claimant says:I inadvertantly subscribed to your service on August 1, 2014. I thought I had cancelled and was waiting for my refund of $39.80. On September 2 I was charged $39.80 again. I called and was informed that I did not cancel. I tried to cancel and could not. I am looking for a refund of $79.60!
