Jason K. says: It's un-fortunate that the file cannot be obtain. In Drive Hq's explanation, the file happens to be a part file that did not upload completely. I stated; that indeed it was complete; however the file couldn't be obtained through a Windows 10 computer nor a recent Iphone.
