Claimant says:I paid one year into the program for them to settle my debts. It was suppose to be a 46 month program. They settled my lowest debt credit card. I found myself in court without any assistance. I requested they make arrangements with two of my creditors and they would not. Instead I was told I should have filed bankruptcy and not joined this program....
