I paid my maintence fees which were due in January in November. Two weeks later they wanted $25 dollars more which I paid.I did not receive a bill in March .I sent in the payment with the information that I had. It has not been returned via USPS and it has not cleared the bank.I called them twice.The first rep was a little smart aleck and told me that it wasn't their fault that I had not received a bill. Then whose fault is it????? So if I do not receive my April bill tomorrow, I will again send my March Payment and April's via registered mail.I know I can pay every month via autopsy, but I am not giving these people my credit card info.I have excellent credit and I do not want these destroyed because of some cruel game on their part. What a mess I have gotten myself into with this timeshare!!'n

We have always paid our payments on time .After we paid our 2016 maintenance fees in November 2015, ypu billed us for an additional$25.00. I didn't get a March bill so I sent a payment March 21, 2016 with the information that I had. The check has never cleared. I have called twice .The first rude representative told me that it wasn't their fault that I wasn't billed.So I guess that I stop payment on my March check and sent in two months' check with UNFAIR late payment via certified so you can't tell me it was never received.I'd like to know why you play these games? To get late payments? To get some sick pleasure from destroying people's credit.???!
