Craig D. says: They steal money from you right out of your bank account then act like they are doing you a favor giving it back a month later. Called to cancel the policy 15 days in advance and they confirmed they would not take money out of my bank. Well guess what, they did. After many calls and escalating this to team leads and such never returned calls. When I said I wasn't getting off the line until I spoke to someone in management, 45 minutes later finally got someone. They could care less and made it clear, they don't care. That I would get a refund when they are good and ready. Do NOT I Repeat, DONOT provide bank details they will likely steal your money after you cancel as well. They should change their name to wedontcare instead of ConnectYourCare. Be Forewarned, find someone else!!

R F. says: Awful. Horrible. My newborn baby and myself are now without health coverage because this "company" screwed up every possible angle of my COBRA plan. Opaque, man-behind-the-curtain operations. Impossible to get information from anybody. It is beyond me that in a developed society this kind of scamming is legal.

Allison P. says: This is a terrible company. If I could give it zero stars I would. It has become a more than full-time job to get receipts, fax receipts, follow up and check the website to see if my receipt has been approved, get a different receipt with the same information on it, re-fax it, call customer service and be placed on hold, argue, fight, complain, write up bad reviews, ad nauseum. Repeat for the next claim. I told my spouse we are NEVER doing this again. The mental energy I have spent on this in order to save $20 here and there is NOT worth it. I feel bullied and harassed by this company. They are not medical professionals and I have no idea of their training on privacy information. Hello HIPAA - they do not need to know why I was at the doctor. It is an invasion of privacy. A receipt from the doctor should suffice. I am thinking about suing this company for harassment and HIPAA violations. Also, I have reported their behavior to the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted my HR department and they will be ending the contract with Connect Your Care at the end of this fiscal year. Robyn Shaw, head at Connect Your Care - I have returned your phone call x 6 and I haven't heard back from you. Terrible customer service. Pay my claim, release my OWN money from my account and pay my claim!

Christine S. says: They won’t pay claims even though the pretax gift from my company is there plus what o contribute every 2 weeks. I have to keep fighting and to get claims paid. Worst company ever.
