Sherry A. says: One cannot depend on quality care at Cone Health. It can be very good or horrifically bad. Some staff provide dedicated, caring services and others are there to have a job. I have lost most of a lung to an ER doctor who left an aspirated capsule in my lung. My medical records have been mixed with another person's who apparently has psychiatric issues. On the other hand, the cardiac and respiratory care I have received over the years has been excellent. If I were to recommend Cone Health to someone I would caution that, "You take your chances."
