George F. says: Comcast has to many misleading sales practices. It tends to consistently overbill on basic cable services and unfair and indiscriminate annual price hiking billing practices.
inflated charges for channels.

Margo W. says: I still have cut out issues ---- and a cable that is still not buried after more than a year. Had to move it to mow all Summer now it us under snow and they do not seem to care

Christine M. says: Horrible customer service (I can't even call it that) - long wait times, misinformation (ever rep. will give you a different story), difficult to get to speak to a manager, reassurances that everything is taken care of only to find it has not, pricing differences with every person, even after taking id numbers and indicating what the person quoted I am told that they can not be held to what their rep. said.... UGH!! Only game in town for me... but the first chance I get we will switch. Comcast is the devil...and I hear many, many, many others say those exact words.
