Victor V. says: LIKE LAST WEEK THEY OPENED A NEW WEB SITE, I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT TO PAY BILL , JUST TO COME TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ENETERED MY EMAIL WRONG, SO WHEN I TRIED TO LOG IN IT FAILED, I GOT LOCKED OUT. AFTER CALLING THE COOP, THEY EXPLAINED I WOULD HAVE TO CALL, I FEEL LIKE WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME THEY SHOULD OF FIXED, INSTEAD I GOT 7 EMAILS BACK AND FORTH, IT WOULD OF TOOK THEM LESS TIME TO FIX INSTEAD OF EMAIL.
