Rick P. says: The City Of Concord Water and Sewer Department takes advantage of the elderly in Cabarrus County. They intentionally and deliberately have manipulate and adjusted the water bills to go in their favor... and have run advantages on the billing to go in their favor without transparencies, these types of business practices have been common place throughout The City Of Concord.. to a high level of corruption. All this for greed and political advancement for the destruction of livelihoods of the elderly. It is also common knowledge that there are many abandoned homes and condominiums where the P drains have dried up and DANGEROUS METHANE GAS ARE BEING RELEASED INTO THE NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS AND IS CAUSES SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES TO THE PEOPLE LIVING NEAR THESE ABANDONED HOMES...MUCH LIKE THE ONE THAT IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM OUR HOME ON PINEY CHURCH ROAD IN CONCORD, NC....BUT DO YOU THINK THE CITY OF CONCORD IS CONCERN ABOUT CONTAINING "THEIR" SEWER METHANE GASES....THE RECORD SHOWS ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
