William K. says: Doing business there is very much like going to a used car lot to buy a vehicle. Nobody in the sales lot has any INTEGRITY. they have no problem lying to you to make a sale. They will not discuss any dissatisfaction you may have and will usher you out of the store. For your own good stay away from the retail reps for AT&T as well as the company itself. Go to Sprint it will be MUCH cheaper with better service and they will continue to work with you until you are happy.
