THE PROBLEM WAS THEY SOLD ME THE CAR FOR 23,000 AND IN KS WE HAVE TAXES THAT THE DEALERS INCLUDE IN THE PRICE THAT WAS NEVER PAID SO I COULD NOT GET REGISTERED. THE CAR WAS NOT WORTH 23,000...
