Wayne C. says: grading was done incorrectly causing standing water on our sidewalk and middle of front yard, causing a muddy mess. We let Carol know that it needed to be re graded and fixed at the end of April. As of 25 jun 17 she still hasn't fixed our yard. Very unprofessional when it comes to returning phone calls and texts. She could have come and picked up the section of the yard that needs to be re graded right when we informed her, and the sod wasn't established. Now that it has been almost 3 months, it will be more difficult for anyone to pull up sod in that section and fix the grade, then relay the sod and hope it grows. Very frustrating. MY fault that I paid her the second half, right before we went out of town on vacation, and didn't confirm that the water from sprinkler would run off like we discussed and paid for. If I had held off the second half of the payment, I feel she would have been motivated to come back and fix our yard right away so she could get paid.
