Jacob A. says: It's sad that Capital One has decided to ignore this claim completely. I've had to forward this claim to the OCC who has jurisdiction over Capital One. The OCC was prompt in acknowledging receipt of my claim and has promised to contact Capital One immediately. They promised to get back to me with whatever response they get from them. Thanks.
