Claimant says:My parents paid over $200,000 ( all the money they had) for a cottage in Brandon Place located in the Moose Haven complex in Orange Park, Florida. According to their contract, they were supposed to be able to live in it until they needed long term care. They were both reasonably healthy and didn't expect to move to long term care for years.
