Claimant says:We (my 2 girlfriends and I) stayed on January 26-27 in the Simone room. The hospitality was awful, and we were accused of smoking in the room and lighting a candle, which is false! We were watched like we were 3yr olds. We were scolded by Barbara the next day (check-out day) in the dining area in front of other guest(s). This has never happened...
