Joanne T. says: I love my Dr Mohorek she's on the ball. I needed an inhaler refill and she called it in the same day and stays on top of me with Healthcare needs. But my insurance needed preauth. They sent to Aurora multiple times. I was told 72 hours I said this is urgent I'm out. It is at Auroras Board we are approaching 192 hours Mon. I had a bad asthma attack Sat. I have no inhaler. I had talked to someone everyday. They were going to transfer me to a Supervisor and it sounded like I was hung up on. I almost went to Urgent Care and still may have to. Then I'm going to get a lawyer. I want the names and credentials of every pre Auth board member at Aurora.
