Bob L. says: I was told buy this company that my order would not work with my system, so I canceled it. They took my money and shipped the product anyways. Since they did that I asked them what I needed to make it work and they told my $700.00 worth of stuff. I talked to a rep from the manufacture and she told me this is not the first time they heard stories like mine. Just stay away from these people. Better deals and customer service if you just buy directly with the manufacture.
