Claimant says:The loan is under the name of Seth I Brewster. He has made numerous contacts to the company in attempts to halt the calls to no Avail. They also have his information but call me. As previously stated the loan is not "delinquent" , the payments are being automatically deducted from a checking account. They have not attempted to correct this error.
