Lucas M. says: I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. AFC does not say exactly what they would or would not repair in their contract. Some of what they would not repair is hidden from the consumer. It's only after you request your first service, having paid for it, that you are denied. In addition, after you cancel, the refund you get back, not the full amount, having not used their services at all and the excuses that they give regarding your extremely delayed refund, is clearly designed to steal part of the fee you paid as the consumer.
