Ernestine D. says: As stated in my initial complaint, this insurance company is not trustworthy. They continued to deduct funds from our checking account for payment on insurance even though I provided verification that my spouse had passed away several years earlier. They deducted several thousand dollars and somehow came up with a figure of seven hundred dollars which they reimbursed me. I am still hopeful that I will be totally reimbursed for the thousands of dollars that is owed to me.
