When I got there I noticed an oily spot on the gravel under the transmission, I went in and told the staff about it and they said that they noticed it but is was probably from something else. I drove it about a mile home and the next morning there was a large pool of transmission grease under the transmission, so I went in and told the Goodyear staff about it and they had me bring it back to be fixed. When it was done they called me and I went in to pick it up, within a month later It developed a growling noise, so I went back to Goodyear and they said don't worry about it it has a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty, so after 11 1/2 months after it was put in I went back to Goodyear to deal with this problem, Lonnie the customer service guy I dealt with said quote ( it has a 3 year 36000 mile warranty it will be taken care off), so we scheduled it in , Goodyear said the transmission was bad it had metal shavings in the housing. Then Goodyear said that Jasper said the warranty had expired 2 weeks ago but they would replace the transmission ( when I went to Goodyear with the problem it was 11 1/2 months after it was put in) I scheduled it in before 12 months had elapsed The third transmission they put in was like the first one, it had a defect before I even drove the truck off of the lot, it will not stay in 5th gear it pops out. Jacob Sims is the customer service rep from Jasper I have been dealing with his cell # is 317-496-1672 the following day after the third transmission was put in I was at the Greensburg Goodyear and I met Jacob Sims personally , he said If the transmission has a problem to call him, he gave me his business card.
