Claimant says: "Sold me a phone that didn't work properly. Loss of ability to communicate. Unemployed and can't afford a new phone at full price. Causing more problelms with job search capabilities. Replaced bad phone with another just like it and had same problem with the phone. It now sells for half the price. Won't give me credit or refund. Told me I would have to buy another phone at full price. Phone lasted just long enough (2-3 weeks) to make refund policy void.”
