I requested the return of my funds for the Extended Warranty. I completed form #1 and mail it on 9/30/2013 and did not get a response. Later, I mailed a second request by way of certified mailed, asking for the return of my warranty funds, and I still have not received a response. I know that HH Gregg received the certified mail because they signed-off on it on 11/2/2013. The TV cannot be fixed according to HH Gregg, therefore, what good is the Extended Warranty?
