The two people were very rude to me, saying they could not do anything that I owed 600.00 with no product. The second girl I talked to upset my alote, I am a cronic pain person that means every second of every day. The Doctor wants me to keep as calm as I can, because the pain is worse when upset. I call Visa they are sending a complant form to fill out Lawyer says to try to solve the problen before getting involed. I am tring they say they will not give me money back on the 1/27 package because I did not call, but I sent it back. So know product and still have to pay.
