I have had some financial issues, but whom have not had issues, I have always caught up on past due billing issues. September 2017, I phoned to make prior arrangements on my account. I secondly must state no payments were deducted from account due to fact, I had no fundings at this time. Now on September 2017 again, I phoned and spoken with Joe in customer service about account and come to find out account was closed without me being notified. I was upset due to fact, I was not notified nor was i given the chance to correct the problem. I was told that a payment of one hundred and fifty dollars were needed then they went down to fifty but card would not be active because they wanted over three hundred dollars in which, I didn't have so i stated can a final bill be sent to me. I have been receiving high balances with interest every month plus false credit information is going to credit bureaus. This company is bad when it comes to high interest credit, I messed up but being charged for a closed account is truly sadden on my me. I phoned and spoken with Shannon an account specialist on Dec 6, 2017 at 2:39pm this person was rude, she kept stating letters were sent out to me stating my bank was charged monthly and account was closed due to insuffient fundings, that is not true. I never received anything from my bank, because if your account is negative my bank sends me a letter stating a item was paid or not and I owe a fee or no fee was charged but account would be negative. I want this off my credit am willing to settle with two hundred dollars and all negativity with letter of paid in full mailed or emailed to me. To falsey accuse someone of this for money is low and enethical but many companies are money hungry. Please look up bad reviews on this company, Shannon was sticking by her companies false information and lies towards me am tired of this and would like it resolvef with your help*” ...Show less »
