Claimant says: "I purchased a boat cover from this Company for $190.07 back in December of 2013. It was received by mid Dec. It has been on the boat since then in my front driveway at home. I went to remove it last week to do some work on the boat and it ripped from one side to the other. I went to add tape to the rip by grabbing the section next to the rip and it too--started to fall apart and rip.
