Claimant says: "April 14, 2013, I ordered (1) Bed , (2) Box Springs and (3) Sheets. After placing the order my wife an I realized that the sheets were being sent to our home address and the bed and box springs were being ship to Direct Buy in Roswell Ga., we then e-mail Direct Buy to have the order canceled. So far they have cancel the bed order but refuse to cancel the box springs and sheets. Is there any way to cancel that order and get our money back. Can Direct Buy force me to buy these items although I've changed my mind.”
