Claimant says: "My Stephen Gavlick had Charter service in his name for our home in Lake Arrowhead, Ca which we cancelled on 2/20/09 when we returned all of our equipment. We did so because we rented our home to 2 different long term renters, one of which is still living there. I have never had Charter service in my name at any time anywhere.. Claimant says: "Poor service. Called multiple times to set up an appointment for a service technician. Service call was cancelled by charter and an automated message left on my phone. Called again to set up a service call. At 6am on the day of the service my phone was called to confirm the appointment. I did confirm it, and they never came. Saw a Charter truck by my house and went to speak to the repair tech. He said he was not there for my call and would not be stopping by.
