  1. Full disclosure about all charges and restrictions including limitations on refunds prior to purchase.
  2. Reasonable disclosure of risks- including risks related to crime, health issues or financial risks associated with any trip or excursion.
  3. Refund- for cancellations that are caused by any defect or fault of the provider, but not for factors relating to your own personal situation such as cancellations on travelers part due to illness or personal circumstances.
  4. Assistance in the event that you become stranded or delayed due to factors related to the provider’s service or other factors where a reasonable expectation of assistance exists for re-booking or procuring necessary lodging or alternate travel arrangements.
  5. Timely advance notification of changes in scheduled travel by the provider. Providers should notify travelers of any delay or likely delay as soon as possible after discovery of possible delay regardless of the cause.
