Claimant says:Contracted with Wild Iris Enterprises/Island Foam of Kodiak Alaska in March 2014 to apply 3 inches of foam to the mud sill and stem wall of my crawl space to satisfy an energy audit issue. In the contract Wild Iris Enterprises was to take down the fiberglass insulation apply the 3 inches of foam and re install the insulation. I paid up front $2500....
