John R. says: The company made a mistake selling a ticket for a transfer that was not physically possible. They apologized very quickly and said they would compensate me. Then the "financial" department needed every detail documented and was excruciatingly slow in accepting responsibility which I thought they had already agreed to. I went from having a very positive opinion of them when they immediately accepted responsibility to being angry with them for being petty.
