Anita G. says: The furniture I purchased lasted 1 year. It ended up with piles everywhere we put our legs and arms. The seat stayed fine . We use a nice blanket there for comfort. The double recliner we purchased cost 899.00. It should not have piled at all. Shame on Wayfair(Nowayfair) is a better name. There might be better furniture there but not for the price. We feel what we paid for the recliner was a fictitious. The time frame, for such as this for compensation, is one year so if it falls apart after then your out of luck. We purchased a leather sofa many years ago. The arm rest caved in. The company sent someone out to fix the arm and assured us if we aren't satisfied they would replace the sofa. Still have it to this day. Mayfair would never think of such a thing. Will never order again.
