Claimant says:We applied to VitalCheck on February 10, 2014, for a birth certificate. We have responded to their emails, including faxing my husbands id two different times. As of now we still do NOT have his birth certificate. We paid more than $100 and it ha not come. They do not deserve to have the approval of the Better Business Bureau!
