James D. says: Company did not provide a post-installation water test for the water treatment system they sold us, as they promised in the sales presentation. The "meal for 2 @ Chili's" turned out to be a $10.00 gift certificate ??!! Company claims we refused their attempt to run the test but what we refused was the initial visit of a 1 or 2 yr fee for service maintenance contract. We are experiencing hard water marks in the commodes and our clothing isn't any "cleaner, whiter" despite religiously adding softener salt.
