Kathy F. says: We spent 18,000 on a screen room enclosure. It has been leaking from the beginning. They actually told us it was the roof. We had a roofing contractor here to pull back shingles to locate the leak and there was NONE. They refuse to take responsibility for the issue and i am left with a leaking screen room! The quality of the product is good, the work to install fair but the fact that it leaks and they cannot fix it is UNACCEPTABLE.
