Sonnie G. says: While we have been getting our mail frequently since you have investigated the USPS Evergreen Park location, we are still not satisfied with the attitude we received from the manager at the Evergreen Park location. She did not do her part to investigate why the postal carrier would not deliver our mail. The mail carrier complained to her that there was too much debris and that there was heavy construction being done. Also we contacted the Regional Manager of this location, but we did not get a response from her at all. Thank you for investigating this situation. If you had not investigated, we would still not be able to have these people deliver our mail. So once again, thank you!
