Judith M. says: A supervisor, four different ones, have been contacted and the problems still exist; i.e. mail in the wrong boxes and opened by the wrong recipient; mail has not been delivered or arrived late so that the residents have had to pay late fees on bills and have had to have stop payment on checks that were supposedly sent. Also mail was not held after the proper form was completed and delivered to the supervisor at the PO.

The doors on the boxes were left open. Mail has been found on the ground, often wet.

Drivers have ear plugs in use, indicating they are probably more interested in what they are hearing rather than what they are suppose to be doing.

Was told by the more recent supervisor that our route is an auxiliary route and supposedly used as a training route. However, we have never seen more than one person in the mail vehicle....so how are they being trained for the route? I've lived here 15 1/2 years and we used to receive mail within a normal time frame at the same time of day. Now we are receiving mail after 8:00 at night on occasion.

Does this route have to remain an auxiliary route? We feel we have taken our turn long enough, over two years.
