Keith M. says: I ordered an item an item at Walmart.ca on April 18, 2,019 and the due delivery date was May 19, 2019 and I haven't heard anything from anybody from the product I ordered

Darrel M. says: They do not take care of their customer, all they are interested in is profit and not what is right or fair.
They go so far as to prevent their supplier from done the right thing even when they want to.
In my case they went out of their way to PREVENT their OEM from returning my money when a product turned out to be defective because it was 10 days past a 90 day warranty on a product that should have a 4 years or better life.
Your survey data is flawed, I have seen numerous complaints about this company???

    Claimant says:I paid $2,890.00 for a penguin gazebo when it was suppose to arrive it was suppose to be on a skit with 4 boxs only one came an it was damaged. I have pictures and video of the delivery. I now have to order it from another company. They are giving me the run around. My next step is a Lawyer.
