Estella M. says: Dr. Jae Choi is the worst Periodontal Specialist I've ever known. She literally tortured me in the chair performing dental implant surgery and two extractions and she did the implant surgery all wrong. All the implants were rejected from my mouth because she drilled into the bone manually and didn't even do a catscan (fullhead) prior to performing this surgery. I now suffer with paresthesia and I've lost the sense of taste in my mouth. I cannot sense the difference between hot or cold. I have and continue with speech therapy and acupuncture every week. I cannot speak correctly, lost my smile and and I look as though I've suffered a stroke. I'm always in constant drilling pain and I've had to be prescribed Baclofen to relax the nerves in my chin and lower left jaw. She charged me over $9,000 for 4 implants, charged my insurance company $14,400 and they refused the payment to her for her services. When they refused the payment, she billed my insurance company again for a second time for $9,400 or $9, 900. They again refused payment to her. That is considered triple billing and she got paid by myself for the close to $9,000. This happened in March, 22, 2017 and 2nd surgery to remove one of the implants claiming she may have damaged the nerve. Well, sure enough she did.

The other dentists I've been with at this same place are and were awesome. But the referral they gave me to have Dr. Choi was not in my best interests. I currently have a Malpractice law suit against Dr. Choi, Town Center Dental and Rigg Dental Services. Hopefully she isn't allowed to do this type of surgery on anyone else. She did admit she performed a full mouth surgery on her father and he was numb for two years.....??????

Estella M. says: They are a rip off and triple charged not only to me, but to my insurance company two times, one bill for $14,400 and another for $9,990. for the same surgery date.
